Post O'Alls 2024 Limited Release Vol.2 [NEUTRA 5&6]

The 2024 Limited Release Vol. 2 unveils a new variation of the NEUTRA series. Since its initial release in 2016, the NEUTRA series has pioneered a new genre by crossing over work shirts and dress shirts. It injects an elegant flavor when paired with casual clothing and exudes a laid-back atmosphere when paired with dressier attire, subtly shifting the tone of each outfit towards a neutral direction. The debut of versions 5 & 6 features a design with a slightly roomier fit, making it easier to layer as an overshirt. As the 2024FW inline shirt collection exclusively features pullover styles, this makes layering with the shirts from this limited release particularly enjoyable, adding versatility to styling options. Additionally, wearing these shirts individually can also enhance the overall look of an outfit, adding a touch of sparkle to the coordination.

2024年のリミテッド・リリースVol.2は、NEUTRA（ニュートラ）シリーズの新たなバリエーションになります。2016年の初リリース以来、ワークシャツとドレスシャツのクロスオーバーという新たなジャンルを切り拓いてきたNEUTRAシリーズ。カジュアルな服に合わせるとエレガントなフレーバーを注入し、ドレッシーな服に合わせるとレイド・バックした雰囲気を演出する・・・というように、それぞれの着こなしのモードをニュートラル方向へシフトさせるユニークな性質を備えています。今回デビューとなるバージョン5 シリーズ& 6はボディにややゆとりを持たせたパターンとなっており、オーバーシャツ的にもレイヤリングし易いフィットとなっています。2024FWのインラインのシャツ・コレクションはプルオーバー・スタイルのみの展開なので、今回のリミテッド・リリースのシャツをレイヤリングするのも楽しいですし、シャツ単体で着てもコーディネートに輝きを加えることが出来るでしょう。

#3220BW NEUTRA 5 Band-W

The NEUTRA 5 features a voluminous collar with a collar band, asymmetrical V-patched homebase shaped pockets on the left and right, and a front placket designed to produce subtle puckering. It is simple and subtle design which emits an elegant yet laid-back mood.

The NEUTRA 5 Band-W retains the simplicity and elegance of the NEUTRA 5 but replaced with a band collar. The open-front band collar design makes it easy to wear it like an outer layer. It can also be layered over a regular collared shirt or even layered with another band collar shirt, offering a unique potential for layering.

Additionally, the NEUTRA 5 Band-W is crafted from a double-layered lightweight fabric, creating deep seam puckering between the layers. This design adds warmth due to the trapped air between the fabrics. The design is carefully considered for a washed-in expression, reflecting a classic Post O'Alls approach that was an instant hit when introduced in the late 2000s. At first glance, it exudes a luxurious presence.

ニュートラ５の特徴は、左右非対称のVパッチ付きのホームベース型ポケット、新しくデザインされたパッカリングの美しく現れるフロントプラケットなど全体にシンプルでさりげないデザインですが、エレガントかつレイドバックしたムードは稀有なものとなっています。

そのニュートラ５をバンドカラーに変更したものが、ニュートラ５バンドになります。前開きのバンドカラーはアウターっぽく着ることも容易で、レギュラーカラーのシャツの上にレイヤーしたり、バンドカラー同士をレイヤーしたりと未知のレイヤリング・ポテンシャルを秘めています。

Wバージョンは薄手の生地を贅沢にも二重に縫製したシリーズで、生地を２枚重ねることによって生まれる深いシーム・パッカリングが特徴となっています。生地の間にエアを取り込むので、見た目以上に暖かいという利点もあります。洗い込んだ表情までデザインするPost O'Allsらしいアイデアで、2000年代後半にリリースされるとインスタント・ヒットとなりました。一目見ると感じる、上質な存在感を持っています。
