From its original debut in the 2010 era, The NAVY-BLU has been in development for many seasons, released for 2018 S/S then once again put on hold. The newest version for 2022 S/S features a long shawl collar, WWI USN style pockets that extend over the side seams, and is modified to be an oversized fit based on designer's own big sized vintage piece. To that effect, the feminine impression that often tends to be a characteristic of this model is corrected and gives new life to an outer piece with almighty strength for coordination.

NAVY-BLU debuted in the early 2010s, was only released for a few seasons after that, and was included in Okra after being released again in 2018S/S. The R version now available has a long shawl collar similar to the original, and the overall fit has been adjusted based on the large size vintage. As a result, the feminine impression unique to this model has been corrected, and it has been reborn as an outerwear that is easy to coordinate with all things. The WWI USN-style pocket arrangement that straddles the side seam is still intact. This piece uses a pitch hickory stripe material that was often seen on old workwear. The use of bleached thread for the weft is a characteristic of the old hickory stripe, and when combined with this model's design, it is reminiscent of the jackets worn by prisoners of war (PW/POW) during World War II.
