Same as the NAVY-BLU-R  the NAVY-BLU Jumper goes against the tight macho style of the USN with an oversized fit appropriate for wearing in the city. Like the NAVY-BLU-R, this NAVY-BLU Jumper is purposely oversized to go against the macho and tight USN aesthetic, making it suitable for street wear.
