The NAVY CUT 2 is an open front version of former The NAVY CUT. It has designer's favorite 1910s USN pocket on each side of its chest, and extended collar band. This shirt looks really conventional and standard…yet it has impression somewhat unseen.

Designer Obuchi's favorite home base pocket from a 1910 's USN CPO shirt was placed on the body of a 1930 's style work shirt with an open front. The result is a new model with subtle nuances, similar to the chambray shirts issued by the USN in the 1930s , but slightly different...it doesn't seem like a sense of déjà vu, but it has a somewhat classic feel... It was born.
