The Post Overalls online store offers worldwide shipping.

All orders are shipped using EMS Express through Japan Post.

After some internal discussion regarding the storage service we recently inquired about, we have decided to implement a system.

To be precise, you will be able to specify a shipping date.

We are currently working on adding a window to specify the shipping date within the purchase page of the online store, but until that is ready, we will accept requests by e-mail (info@postoveralls.com).

Of course, if there are no requests, we will ship immediately as usual. Please wait for an email that the shipment has been completed.

We are also introducing a new additional service.

We will offer free shipping depending on the amount of your purchase.

Orders from Asia will be shipped free of charge for orders over 60,000 yen. Orders from outside of Asia will receive free shipping for orders over 100,000 yen.

This service is already built into our system, so please enter your region and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated.

  • About Duty and Customs

There is a possibility of being charged import duty when packages reach customs in the destination country. All charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of unpaid charges leading to a product return, the cost of shipping as well as any fees that incur as a result of the return will be subtracted from the amount refunded.

 

  • Returns and Exchanges

To begin the process of returns, it is required notify (info@postoveralls.com) within 5 days of the item being delivered. All returns must be shipped with a trackable shipping service.

All international returns will be refunded after the item is delivered and inspected. The original and return shipping method and cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Any duty or fees incurred by the process of the return of the item will be subtracted from the total amount refunded.

No refund, no return. no exchange for sale/discounted items.

  • Japanese Sales Tax

All prices on product pages are displayed including 10% Japanese sales tax. For customers outside of Japan, the 10% tax will be automatically removed at the time of checkout. 

　

  • Damage or/and Loss while shipping
We are not responsible for loss or/and damage while shipping. In  case of any issue occurred whileshipping via EMS, please contact respective  shipping company directly. The shipping company will investigate the details and contact the Japan Post Office if necessary.

The sizing of products varies based on the year and location of manufacture. Per style there may be slight variations in sizing depending on fabric used. All measurements provided on product pages are unique to the individual style and fabric.
