Seemingly would have been done before, but hasn’t yet been available, a USN style shawl collar jumper pull over jacket is available. Same as the NAVY-BLU-R  the NAVY-BLU Jumper goes against the tight macho style of the USN with an oversized fit appropriate for wearing in the city. A brand new style item that works as an inner, mid layer or outer.
