#4001-WN Spider POST Bandana Hankie : spider white/navy 45 x 45

The history of Post O'Alls bandanas starts from the brand's first period in 1993, and for the first few seasons, the original designs were sold with all products. Then, from the late 1990s, the brand released a series of vintage-type bandanas in a large size, stencil-dyed version, and since 2016FW, the brand has changed the production background and developed a new partition. The recent ones are characterized by the smaller size (45cm x 45cm) than the previous ones and the fact that the nuked-out part is bleached white instead of natural. The reason is that the handkerchief-like size fits better when inserted in the breast pocket of a jacket, and the white color looks cleaner on the face than the natural color. Because of the process of bleaching and textile printing, we asked Kamawanu, a prestigious hand towel maker in Japan, to produce this product. For this partition, we have reproduced the designer's favorite vintage pattern as it is, respecting the original. 

Post O’Allsのバンダナの歴史は1993年のブランド最初期から始まり、初期の数シーズンはオリジナルデザインのものを全商品に付けて販売していました。その後1990年代後半からは大判で抜染のビンテージタイプのシリーズをリリース、そして2016FWから生産背景を変えて新たな仕切りで展開しています。最近のものの特徴は、以前のものよりも小さいサイズ（45cm x 45cm）という点と、抜きの部分がナチュラルではなく晒しの白になっている点です。ハンカチ的な大きさの方がジャケットの胸ポケットに挿した時に収まりが良く、ナチュラルよりも白の方が顔映りがクリーンに見える、というのがその理由です。晒し＋捺染というプロセスゆえ、手ぬぐいの名門かまわぬさんに生産をお願いしています。今回の仕切りは、デザイナーのお気に入りのビンテージパターンを、オリジナルをリスペクトしてそのまま再現しています。
