Our goal is to create your “tool-bag” for modern life, the only bag you will ever want to use, day in, day out. Timelessly constructed in elegant simplicity on the outside, inside, each design is architecturally kitted out with maximum functions in mind. 

- Origin of our brand name -

"in progress” を直訳すると、「進化している、作業途中、 進行中」など、何かが完成に向けた過程にあるという意味があります。PCやiPhone、ソフトウェアなどがアップデートされるように、毎日使うバッグも、ライフスタイルやニーズの変化や時代の流れに沿って進化すべきだという考えのもと、デザインや機能を企画しています。ライフスタイルの“今”にしなやかに寄り添うよう、常に進化、変化し続けるブランドだという意味をこめて、「バッグズ イン プログレス」と名付けました。

 "In progress" implies the idea of an ongoing evolution or of being en route to the creation of something better. Just as our desktop computers, mobile devices, and software receive updates, the bags we use on a daily basis should also adapt to our changing needs and the spirit of the times. We plan and design the functionality in our bags with that idea in mind. At BIP, we are constantly updating ourselves to be a brand relevant to today's lifestyle. That's where the name BAGSINPROGRESS comes from.
